Deposits

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON ANY SERVICES OR DEPOSITS**

To accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. A $25.00 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due once the service is rendered. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your deposit/payment up to 2x. However, after the 2nd time, if you are still unable to make your appointment, you will need to schedule a NEW reservation.

**Please note, that deposit CAN NOT be transferred to another guest. **

Cancellations

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON ANY SERVICES OR DEPOSITS**

Your RESERVATION is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with LESS THAN 24 hours of notice are subject to 100% of the scheduled service.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full 100% for the scheduled service.

Clients who are more than 10 minutes late without notification will be canceled and will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Arrival

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to receive your full service and to ensure other clients are not inconvenienced. To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced. This on-time arrival will allow the appropriate amount of time to complete or update client service forms and begin services promptly.

Appointments

At this time, services are available by appointment only and we are not accepting walk-ins.

Extra Guest/Children

Due to safety reasons and insurance purposes, bringing additional individuals to your appointment is not allowed. This is including children unless service is being rendered. We hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the experience of our other guests.

Gift Certificates

Haus of Beaute offers gift certificates for ALL spa services. All gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can locate the effective date and the expiration date written clearly on the front of the gift certificate. Please note that these purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and, cannot be redeemable for cash. All guests must present the physical gift certificate upon arrival for their appointment. Haus of Beaute is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Cell Phones

To help preserve the peace and ensure a relaxing experience for yourself and the other guest at Haus Of Beaute, we ask that you silence your cell phone or place on vibrate.

Haus of Beaute accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
